Custom Orders & Manufacturing:
All order are confirmed with a work order or a purchase order to confirm order details and measurements. A 50% deposit is required for all orders and balance is due upon delivery or installation.
Manufacturing:
We manufacture window screens and sliding patio door screens to the most accurate measurement possible. However due to many tape measures have a 1/16" variance, we allow a 1/16" tolerance for your sizing. Our goal is to provide the most accurate possible sizing, however we ask you allow for 1/16" if needed.
Deliveries:
Bulk commercial orders can be delivered at a delivery cost. Contact us for delivery rates based on your area. We recommend to inspect your orders once delivered to ensure correct sizing and no damage. Any issues we will work with you to resolve in a timely manner.
Returns / Cancellations:
Please note all manufacturing and production sales final. We do not accept returns.
If you choose to cancel your order, you must notify us within 24hrs of your order request. After that time your there is no guarantee we can stop production. Once your order is in production, your order will be processed and payment will be required as normal.

When ordering from BCWindowScreens.com, you automatically agree to the terms and conditions of our website.
Payments: PAYPAL
You do NOT need a PayPal account to complete the checkout process.
Our online shopping cart is set up through the safe online merchant PayPal. You do not need a PayPal account to complete the checkout process. All PayPal transactions are processed through their secure site and SSL certificate. All payment information remains private for your protection. You will see the secure padlock in the top left of the browser bar. If for any reason you are having trouble completing your order, please give us a call and we would be happy to assist you through the process.
Payments:
We accept Visa, M/C, Discover Card, PayPal, & E-transfer.
All charges in Canadian dollar.
Shipping:
Shipping times vary depending on shipping destination and customs clearance. All orders ship within 3 - 5 business days.
Standard shipping is $14.99 for Canada and the US. Free shipping for orders over $199.00
International shipping rates vary from $19.99 to $65.00 depending on shipping service and destination. All international orders are confirmed via email and processed through PayPal with a shipping quote as to the service you prefer. Once paid then your order will be shipped and you will be provided with a shipping confirmation and/or tracking number. It is important to be aware, some duties may apply for some international destinations, and it is up to the customer's sole responsibility to pay any and all required duties, tariffs and applicable taxes to receive their order once the parcel arrives in their destination country. Items refused will be subject to standard return policy plus a $20 admin fee.
All international orders are preferred to be sent with tracking, however you may choose to send NON-TRACKING at your own risk.
Return / Exchange Policy For Online Orders:
Please double check for correct fit before ordering your item. All returned orders are subject to a 20% restocking fee and customer is responsible for return shipping. Please contact us within 10 days of receiving your order if you need to return your order. Please note: we do not refund shipping costs.
To return or exchange an order, please contact us within 10 days of receiving your item for a *Return Authorization Code (RAC) . This code must be displayed on the outside of the returned parcel. This will help us clarify the reason and process of your return. Items must be received by us within 30 days of issuing the RAC. After 30 days, we will not accept your return.
Returned orders must be complete with all parts and accessories, new and unused. Used product or incomplete orders will not be refunded.
Returns / exchanges may take up to 21 business days to process once we receive the item.
Received Damaged or Incorrect Items:
If for some reason you receive an order that is incorrect or damaged, please contact us within 10 days of receiving your item and we will reship your order and make it right. We may require damaged or incorrect items to be shipped back, however we will cover shipping costs - there will be no additional shipping cost to you
Please note: BC Screens is not responsible for orders sent to the wrong address due to incorrect address provided by customers, delays due to weather conditions, customs delays or international orders lost or stolen sent non-tracking as per customer request. Please allow time for your order to arrive.
Processing Time:
All orders are shipped within 3 - 5 business days of payment processing. Your credit card charge on your statement will show as BC Screens Some delays may apply and we will notify you via email or phone regarding any order delays or back orders.
Online Ordering:
After you place your order online - you will receive an email confirmation regarding your order. If you have not received an email confirmation within 12hrs of placing your order, please check your spam folders, or give us a call to confirm order details
Order Cancellation:
If you have placed an order and need to cancel it, please email us from the email your placed it with, stating FULL NAME, first and last name, and complete shipping address within 24hrs of placing your order. If your request to cancel is received after 24hrs, there is no guarantee your order can be stopped in time, AND YOUR ORDER MAY ALREADY HAVE BEEN PROCESSED AND SHIPPED. Standard return policy will then apply.
Order Delays:
I placed my order, and still have not received it after the estimated delivery time. What do I do? If after the estimated delivery time has passed, and you have not received your item yet, please be patient as this can happen due to a variety of reasons: weather conditions for your local delivery service, or customs delays. Perhaps your order is sitting waiting to clear customs in your destination country. We suggest to give it a bit more time, however feel free to call us and we can track your order and see what has happened and why the delay. As some issues are out of our control and more time may be required, we always do our best to ensure your order gets to you as soon as possible and will communicate the status of your order to keep you informed.
Lost Orders:
If you think an order is lost - we will contact our delivery service to find out what has happened. Once we get the confirmation it has been abandoned or lost due to no fault of your own, we will re-ship your order at no additional cost to you.
Privacy Policy:
BC Screens maintains the highest professional standards regarding the confidentiality of customer information. We will not release or otherwise share any personal information, email contacts or any other private information related to your account. Additionally, We will never sell, lease, rent or otherwise make available mailing lists or other customer-based consumer information to any other person or business entity.
- Notifying you of recalls or safety issues;
- Managing the provision of goods, services;
- Managing information security services related to our transactions with you;
BC WindowScreens will not disclose your personal information to third parties without your consent. We will not sell, trade, or rent your personal information to outside parties. We may release account information only when we believe, in good faith, that such release is reasonably necessary to (1)comply with the law, (2) enforce or apply the terms of any of our user agreements or (3) protect the rights, property, or safety of BC WindowScreens, our users or others.
Anti-Spam Policy
Please note BC WindowScreens will NEVER spam or use email marketing to solicit or products. We will never spam to build a client base of any kind nor contribute to any email soliciting program.
